Legendary DJ Grandmaster Flash is coming the TF

image preview

It is like a jungle sometimes unless you invented DJing with two turntables and a microphone back in the late seventies. Without the Grandmaster there would be no MC busting loose over your favourite hip hop jams, nobody scratching or mixing records and no grooves on the radio. The godfather of this genre, Grandmaster Flash, is coming to Castlebar this October 30 when he takes to the wheels of steel at Choice at the Royal. Grandmaster Flash introduced us to the seminal classics ‘White Lines’ and ‘The Message’ and in 2007 became the first hip-hop artist to be inducted into the Rock and Roll hall of fame.
